Panels can be created in various sizes, from plain or beveled glass. The thickness of the glass increases with the size of the panel, with 1/4” the minimum. Rods, nuts and washers are stainless steel, with rubber washers on each side of the glass for protection and security (the piece has four holes for the hardware). Length and diameter vary with panel size. The piece can hang from wall or ceiling or be inserted into the wall. The image on the glass is permanent and protected by multiple applications of sealant. However, the piece must be handled with care to prevent damage to the photographic surface, and should not be exposed to direct sun.
